In this role, you will perform electrical design and physical assembly activities related to custom design-build or build-to-print equipment projects. You will analyze and interpret complex customer specifications and develop the required technical calculations and documentation while conforming to the company’s quality systems as documented (we run an NQA-1 Quality program and maintain a 508A UL panel shop certification). On most projects, you will assume the electrical project engineering role related to planning, directing, and testing products and projects. Work is performed within a broad framework of general policies and requires creativity and resourcefulness to accomplish goals and objectives and to apply concepts, plans and strategies that may deviate from traditional methods and practices.

Possess the ability to read and interpret fabrication drawings and process and instrumentation diagrams. Has In-depth knowledge of diversified, fundamental scientific electrical design components, connections, and installation. One must possess strong computer knowledge and be familiar with standard desktop software in addition to AutoCad or other 2D drafting software.

Pay Range: $60,000 - $90,000 annually

foot facility sits on over 10 acres. Our largest fabrication bay is 100 ft. x 450 ft. and is equipped with a 100 ft. span x 40-ton double trolley bridge crane x 30 ft. under hook height, giving us one of the largest lifting capabilities in our region. Precision floor imbeds in various locations allow us to accurately align large fabrications. One end of the building includes a 50 ft. x 100 ft. assembly bay with 55 ft. under hook height. The high bay also has twin 15-ton bridge cranes. In addition, an enclosed blast booth with recovery floor system is employed. We also have in-house paint capability via our heated 16x16x40paint booth equipped with inlaid track for mobility of project to minimize handling.
